Chiquita Banana's Recipe Book (pamphlet)
1947 Chiquita Banana Corp.
The last page includes some "how-to's"
like..
-Dress up roqast duck or ham with bananas, sliced and laid on top
-prevent cut bananas from darkening by dipping them into pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, orange, or lime juice
-buy bananas by the "hand" or section of 3-5 bananas
This is pretty special! I fancy the chiquita banana as my next halloween costume...
ReplyDeleteAs for the recipes, I wont even go there about the lovely banana/pineapple colour plate. Hahahahaha. And the banana milkshake sounds a little complicated
