Richard Scarry's Look & Learn Library
-I found this amazing 4 volume set at a thrift shop a few years ago. It was $7 or something just as ridiculously cheap. Published in 1971 by Golden Press NY.The set contains a hard cardboard slipcover that looks like an amazing brick apartment building. Inside 4 hardcover books absolutely filled to the brim with Richard Scarry goodness. He has always been one of my favorites. It was an almost impossible task to select just a few pages for photographing. I'll be coming back to these books for later posts for sure!

ReplyDeleteholy shit! i am dying over here. we have an older book (one of mine from my childhood) that has an ad in the back to order this set, and i have been drooling over it for years. i wish that i could still send in the form, haha. yours is beautiful, and what a deal! i hope to be so lucky, and someday stumble upon a set of my own <3
